Challenge the score and trigger a manual review

There must be some way for the candidate to challenge the score and the interviewer to intervene manually.

Auto load IDE

When the candidate comes to a problem, why have an explicit "Load IDE" button? That takes a few seconds. Maybe consider just auto-loading when the problem is opened?

I cannot see the status of candidates until I click on each one of them.

Candidates need to register with email confirmation. Which is a friction point.

I need to log-in often, it would be nice if it just saved a cookie for a longer time.
